Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy!!!!!
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
• The booking fee will be applied toward your remaining balance at the time of your service.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 HOURS before your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 HOURS before the appointment, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
_ booking fee is reusable for ONLY 1 rescheduled appt and rescheduled must be within 24 hour notice
• Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.
• A new 50% booking fee will be required to book any future appointment after a late cancellation or no-show.
